Hi, I’m Leah, and I didn’t take the usual path to construction — but it’s where I belong. I’m a construction professional with 15 years of hands-on experience, a degree in cellular/molecular biology & biomedical sciences, and a background in epigenetics. I was preparing to start my MD/PhD program when everything changed.

My husband, a dedicated ER doctor, suffered a major stroke and needed open-heart surgery — a combination that left him permanently disabled. So, I walked away from the lab, laced up my work boots, and went back to what I knew could provide fast: building. I started my construction company out of necessity. But I stayed for the pride, the process, and the purpose.

What I Believe In

Integrity over everything. If I say I’ll do it, I will.

Precision and planning. Science gave me structure — construction and my team members gave me application.

People first. Whether it's my team, my clients, or the strangers my dogs rush to greet — connection matters.

Hard work without shortcuts. I’ve learned that shortcuts often cost more in the end.

Building something bigger. Not just structures, but stability, legacy, and a life worth living.

My Why

My ultimate dream is to scale this business into a powerful, profitable enterprise — one that gives me the freedom to retire with my husband and our dogs to a peaceful, waterfront home on the North Shore of Oahu. I want to soak up every moment we have left together in the sunshine, knowing I built the life we needed with my own hands, leveraging my construction expertise.

The Crew Behind the Scenes

At home, I’m a dog mom to Odin (a wild-hearted Kelpie rescue) and Loki (a brilliant, loyal East working-line German Shepherd). We live on five acres, where they live for full-speed sprints — as long as I’m running with them. They’ve never met a stranger. Neither have I.
